HSA joined with QVC to conduct a study of existing employee amenities, as well as an analysis of critical circulation spaces.
The team compared the current amenities with workplace studies of the field and developed suggestions of how QVC could best provide additional opportunities for socialization, professional development, collaboration, convenience and health in their facility. Solutions included a centralized coffee bar, training facilities, a fitness area, and a pivotal two-story lobby space with informal socialization opportunities. Sustainable elements like natural finishes, daylight and an active ‘living wall’ enhanced the feeling of well-being within the space.
