Bagel Brands is a U.S.–based restaurant company that owns and operates a portfolio of well‑known breakfast and bagel shop brands. It serves fresh‑baked bagels, breakfast items, coffee, sandwiches, and catering across the country. HSA partnered with the client to create an innovative, brand-driven prototype that could be replicated.
The design prototype allowed for digital models of the space used to test and visualize layouts, materials, furniture, lighting, and technology before full implementation. The prototype ensures uniform functionality, flow, aesthetics, and user experience across the many quick-service restaurants. Client feedback was seen as a efficient vehicle for reducing costly mistakes. HSA worked with bagel Brands for all finishes, furniture and lighting.
